Covenants

The Magnolia Bayou neighborhood is governed by four different set of covenants depending on which phase you are located in. See the Neighborhood Map to find which phase applies to your property.

These covenants are provided for reference purposes. While every effort is made to ensure accuracy, the covenants recorded at the Jackson County Courthouse take precedence.
